This aims to be the most feature-complete NPS theme available, including dynamic support for Chapter Info, Classical music, and Audiobooks. It also has a secondary “Mini-Player” view, which doubles as a dedicated Chapter player--displaying a secondary progress bar tied to the current chapter.

Designed to show as much useful metadata as possible without being cluttered, the fields shown will change to fit the type of media you are playing. The main info shown will be:

• General Music: title/album/artists
• Classical Music: work/movement/composer
• Audiobooks: chapter info

The Queue Info intelligently displays all relevant features: chapters, repeat, shuffle, Smart Queue, Smart Flow, Sleep Timer, and end-of-queue.

Chapter Progress Bar

In the Mini-Player only, you will find a second progress bar has been drawn to give you some visual indication of how much time is left in the current chapter. Each segment on the bar represents 2.5 minutes, for a total of 30 minutes.

Tap to view the chapter list, long-press to toggle Chapter Duration/Time Remaining. No, you can't drag to seek.

The Cover Art should be as wide as your screen (minus a small margin). If it's not, that means this version is too tall for your screen. Try using the the shorter version, which should fit better!

If you want to adjust things yourself, note that the Progress Bar and Controls Bar take the most space. These and String 1 all have some vertical margin you can also remove.

Recommended Fonts

The default Symfonium font makes some of the Unicode characters look funny (like the Rating circles). Many of the other built-in ones look fine, like "Lato" and "Inter". Screenshots were taken using "Murecho" (enter it in custom option).

Audiobook metadata

Since audiobookshelf seems to have removed their own docs page, I'll list the tag fields used here:

• Series Title: Movement Name
• Book Number: Movement Number
• Book Name: Album (preferred) or Track Title (fallback)
• Author: Album Artist (preferred) or Performing Artist (fallback)
• Narrator: Composer
• Publishing House: Label

Fallback fields are only used if the preferred field is empty.

I don't agree with most of these but ABS is currently the only directly-supported audiobook provider, so that's what this layout targets.
